To make a Sound Sleep

To sleep well, there needs to be a fractional temperature difference between our body and our brain, a warm body and a cool head.
I) A few lifestyle changes can make for a restful night:
Helpful wind-down routines :
1) a bath,
2) a hot milky drink,
3) switching off the television and computer,
4) getting clothes ready for the morning,
5) listening to soothing music and planning the next day's schedule,
6)help in relaxing minds which leads to sound sleep.
II) If a person prepares for sleep well before midnight (between 10 p.m. and 11 p.m.), he stands a much better chance of getting a good sleep.

III) Experts also say that one should have breakfast within half-an-hour of waking. This not only stimulates body metabolism, but when one eats a healthy breakfast.
IV) Consuming two-to-three litres of fluid throughout the day will help keep the body hydrated and improve the quality of sleep.
V) To relax one's mind at bedtime, a person should think about something he or she really enjoys doing, like an activity or the memory of a perfect day. The person should run it through in the mind like a film and slow it right down. This exercise will make a person relaxed, peaceful and ultimately sleepy.

TEESTA ROCKS

Drizzling dripping droplets shed!
In the mountains-oceans, soil’s bed,
Rivers-Springs are heavily gushing!
Fountains are lively running!
This is the time to fertile,
Bubbly vigour, even though agile.

TEESTA is excitedly dancing
As, this is the vivacious season
This is the time of achievement
Winning matches, gaining all accomplishment
Holding hands jointly, taking resolution to endorse
Along with Ganga, Jhelum, Kaveri, Narmada,Chenab
Believing in all Hard – Works!!!!
Our TEESTA house always rocks !!!!

[ I belong to TEESTA house of my school. The house name  represents a mountain-river, and we have our election and duty in this month. So, this is a testimonial for my house, that we are going to put up in this month of June-July (Rainy Season) ]

Waiting

I am floating

I am wandering

Ridding up to the pinnacle

I am flowing

I am waiting

Ready to mingle

I am walking

I am persisting

Surely, to gain the excel

My heart’s missing

And, I am unwrapping

You are my pink pearl

So, will you come to my inside?

Help me to walk your alongside

When do you touch me tender?

How long to wait ! God's Blessings to shower !!!!

"The longer I live the more I see that I am never wrong about anything, and that all the pains that I have so humbly taken to verify my notions have only wasted my time."
- George Bernard Shaw (1856-1950)
"Happiness cannot come from without. It must come from within. It is not what we see and touch or that which others do for us which makes us happy; it is that which we think and feel and do, first for the other fellow and then for ourselves."
